Holy Wow Cacao!
Belizian Cacao Beans, Nibs and Milled Paste
This 1-pound block of 100% Pure Ceremonial Cacao is fresh from Guatemala. Serve it up with intention in circle, use it to sit in meditation or wake up your morning warrior, make chocolate with it, smoothies and hot chocolate, bake a cake, & do you! This “Food of the Gods” is as good as it gets.
Lightly toasted, this block of cacao has been received as whole beans from one of our family farms, where it’s sun-dried & fermented. The beans are then transported to a local women’s collective on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to be fire-toasted, hand-peeled and pressed to a fine paste. Each block comes with the Warrior Sit & Sip Recipe to make a cup powerful enough for ceremony & balancing enough for that ritual-shifting morning coffee alternative you may be seeking.
One of the world's finest heirloom variety of 100% Mayan grown organic cacao. A rare treasure from deep within the Mayan jungles of Belize. This unique heirloom blend of Criollo-Trinitario cacao has an earthy and robust flavor profile with notes of caramel and pineapple. Grown by independent Mayan farmers in the southern Jungles of Belize this cacao comes from fertile soil with a rich chocolate producing history.
What makes this variety of cacao even more unique and beneficial to your health is that there are virtually no traceable amounts of heavy metals. Most of the world's cacao grows in soil that has high concentrations of lead and cadmium, this is not the case in Belize and as a result this is one of the few varieties of cacao that has virtually no heavy metal content.
This wonderful blend is the 6th cacao variety in the world to be given heirloom status by the Fine Cacao Association, making it one of the rarest and most sought after sources of cacao on Earth.
Here are just some of the reasons to LOVE this Cacao:

Rio Dulce is a swampy river that runs through northern Guatemala. Wet humid climates is what this Cacao loves, and there is a lot of this here in this lush jungle and river on which this single origin farm grows.
